45 Minute Classes


A full body Kettle Bell workout lasting 45 minutes.  We will take you through a series of tempo setting (the Refine) and quick cardio burst (the Define) exercises leaving you in a puddle of sweat with a classy touch.


Its the 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session like none other, designed to push you beyond you limits and leave you with a new standard for your own workouts.


Our unique 45 minute class based on Primal movements.  Utilizing ONNIT's Steel Maces, Clubs, Kettle Bells and carefully orchestrated body weight movements this class will leave you feeling ready for battle!
